We do not have any active sellers registered under etsy.com though we do have several who sell from etsy.com sub domains so its hard to tell who you were ordering from. If you cannot contact the seller directly please <a href="http://www.2checkout.com/community/help/#customers" rel="nofollow">open a support ticket</a> so that we can get in contact with them and assist you with resolving this misunderstanding. Rather than hiding or censoring negative discussions we want to show that we are always their to work with and resolve issues for our customers and suppliers.
