I have very interesting a question abouta situation, when is ukraine 15 may going in WTO. On this asituation Ukraine will be to have double exchange by information process,turn goods between a lot of countries Europe, America, Australia. But I want to tell other: on the present a moment is paypal ignored all of the bankingsystem in Ukraine. I have of registration in paypal(wagyb49@rambler.ru), but my a credit card from theBank ukraine have useness for opening own account. Infact, demand for paypal it is banking account only USA. Then I must to have a credit card , account this a country USA, that a practical unpossible. What to do?
