Dear 2CO Community,
From more than 4 days I’m not able to log in to my Payoneer.com. I want to know is it a problem with all of you or only with my account.
I contacted Payoneer.com Support and there was no reply till now.
What sort of support 2CO can offer in such a case.

Abdelrahman, unfortunately there isn’t much 2Checkout can do for you for logging into the Payoneer site. Do they have a forgot password link? What are you attempting to find out, if its a general question, I may be able to assist. This is their number 1-800-251-2521.

HI Sharper & Allan,
Thank you. I contacted the Live Support @ Payoneer.com and My Account had been unblocked. the account had been blocked as i forgot my PIN and was trying to change it unsuccessfully.
the Live Support had been very helpful and solved the issue in a few minutes.
But currently a transaction was taking place during my account at Payoneer.com had been blocked. I checked my Payment page at 2Checkout it indicated that the transaction had been made to Payoneer and there is a transaction ID. on the other hand after my account had been unblocked i didn’t found the transaction from 2Checkout at my Payoneer Account and the money hadn’t been loaded!
Is it a Temporary problem due to my account being blocked during the transaction time and will be loaded, or something had to be made from 2CO support.
would like to hear from 2CO

Abdelrahman, you should have received an email from Payoneer to load the funds. Please contact them regarding the whereabouts of the funds.

Thank you lately yesterday 11 PM EST. the money had been received on Payoneer.com Account.
You might update the FAQs is that anyone might run into any problem with Payoneer.com the best way to Go is the Live Support not Emails as I didn’t received a reply from support@payoneer.com on the other hand allan@payoneer.com and the Live Chat was brilliant!
