Is it possible to provide one document that contains all necessary information from setting up the account to maintaining the account. Because the information is scattered everywhere; and as an end user/client I would rather have at least one document that explains the process and procedures and some useful technical information. Instead of going link by link searching for information.

We offer a user’s guide, but it’s admittedly a little outdated at this point and does not cover all current features, here.
We’re currently examining our documentation needs, but I cannot say if or when there will be a single comprehensive document. Thank you for the recommendation though. We will take it into consideration.

I agree….this is really difficult to find information on just getting things setup properly. I know WP can be nice for content management, but there needs to be some sort of concise resource that just tells what to do and how to do it.
Also, is there a way to compress the titles of the posts here in the “Community” so we don’t have to read through 65 pages of posts? A threaded forum would be a much better way of dealing with this type of information so that people can skim easily for posts that deal with the information they are looking for. A blog with comments isn’t exactly a user-friendly experience for support issues. Just a suggestion….
