Account validation does not directly effect your ability to sell. You can have a validated account and be in a status that does not allow sales. You will need to contact our risk department by opening a support ticket or calling us on the phone. They can let you know what you need to do to start sales on your account. You can find all of our contact information and a link to the ticket system on our Help page.
