How long does it take to get your website verified once your account is set up??
I set up my account on 8th August, filled in all the information including bank details etc, etc.
I have integrated the payment script into my website but there is a parameter error therefore I cannot sell online yet. After many emails I understand that the ’risk department’ has still not evaluated my website.
How long does this evaluation process take as I desperately need to get selling now??
Shouldn’t this proceedure be made more clear??
I thought it was an integration/technical problem and have been pestering tech support!!

The length of time that it takes for the Risk department to review your site is dependent on that departments current work load. If we have many accounts to review it may take a bit longer. The best way to handle this situation is to give the Risk department a phone call. This way you do not need to wait for your ticket to get answered and the site to be reviewed. You can reach the risk department by calling 1-614-921-2450, 1-877-294-0273 or 0-871-871-8283 if you are in the United Kingdom and requesting to speak with this department.
