Post-soviet bank refused to give any information about payment (probably because noone speak English in offices there I was) - what to do? Any other ways to authorize account?
(there is already few hundreds USD on account)
Strange fact is there wasn’t any problems with similar Pypal authorization.

You can validate the account by sending us a copy of the statement, even if the code is not on it. You can scan the statement and email it to risk@2co.com and they will assist you. If you do not have a copy of the statement please open a support ticket with us and we can assist you, be sure to include your vendor ID number and explain that you do not have a copy of the credit card statement.

Pavel (3dom) - if you’re speaking about obtaining the credit/debit card authorization number and exact amount of a transaction, then this information is readily available via VTB24’s “Telebank System” (online banking). It might also be available via the free “Teleinfo System” (a cut-down version of VTB24’s online banking, which lets you view statements only). You just need to signup for one of these services. It is also possible to configure the “Telebank System” to send instant transaction notifications, optionally including this info, to your e-mail address and/or cell phone.
Another way to obtain the info is to call VTB24’s “credit card hotline” (24/7) - the phone number is given on the card. It is true that office personnel can’t provide you with this info - they simply don’t have it (unless you’re a “Telebank” client as you have the card registered with “Telebank”, in which case they can access your online banking account on your behalf and see the statement) - the credit card department does. So you need to call them. They will probably ask you for your security keyword (which you provided when you applied for the card), so be sure to have it handy.

Sad part is both “Telebank” and “Teleinfo” don’t have “backward compability” and won’t be able to recover data from past payments - or at least bank stuff said so.

BTW I’m “abit” nervous because 2+ months passed since I paid for 2CO services + there are some money accumulated on account + I already sent statement about month ago + my account still un-confirmed. Pretty strange “risk” system - right now my whole business in risk because I cannot continue to accumulate money on 2CO account being unsure if I’ll ever see them.
Really, guys, you should re-build your risk system - it looks like you don’t care about your clients at all - just about your own *complete* safety (+ to be honest 2CO has most ugly vendor interface I’ve ever saw). Right now I’m thinking to switch my site’s interface completely to another provider who don’t need any exotic information besides my bank account data to send me my money.
