On July 22, I purchased a website template from esitesbuilder.com for $75. Once the payment was processed through 2checkout, a database error was returned to my browser from esitesbuilder. They have been completely nonresponsive. What role does 2checkout play in this as to how I can 1) get the product I ordered or 2) get a refund?
