In our V2 system, you will want to find the Helpful Links section on your account’s homepage. Within that section of links, the first link is to ‘Manage’ your user names. Clicking on this link will bring you to a listing of your current user names. Each user name has an associated email address, so you will want to check each user name under your account by clicking on the name itself and checking what was saved in the ‘E-mail’ field.
In our new VA (Vendor Administration) area, you will want to first click the ‘Account’ tab, then the ‘User Management’ sub-tab. This will bring up a list of your account’s user names. Clicking on the name itself will open a page to edit the details of that user name, and you may change the email address from there. In addition to the email address itself, you will also want to make sure that the appropriate options are checked under the ‘Email Lists’ section for that specific user. For example, any user on the ’sales’ list will receive the sale notification emails.
