My name is Antoinette Garber and today I used my credit card to purchase Scenewriter Pro v3.5.3, and I only recieved confirmation by my bank that the $19.99 has been taken out of my account for the product, but I have not recieved a thing by 2CO or by Virtual Amnesia. I paid with my credit card for immediate delivery of product code and that is not what I recieved. I would just like to have my money placed back in my account, rather then wait any longer for the product activation code that I should have already recieved. I don’t want to be rude, but people like you should be forced to get a license before using the internet.
Rather than the childish ‘baby-shaking’ response of venting your spleen here, how about you calm down and stop blasting away at the merchant and 2co and ask if perhaps there is a logical reason why you did not receive anything.
How is the merchant to contact you and send you a license key? Email? Perhaps you entered it wrong?
