Is There A PHP Script For Encrpyting Order Button Info?

I wanted to post a question concerning the information that is generated when you create an order button for your product to put on your website, is there a way to do a redirect via php script or some sort of way to hide your details that could become compromised?

If there is such a way please reply here?

Also if there are any suggestions you may have I ’am open to them as well.

Medison charging extra for shipping!

At todays press conference, Medison confirmed that shipping is not included in the price and that it’s extra. UPS will handle the delivery and charge for the delivery directly from the customer. Shipping cost will vary over the world.

What is 2CO’s view on this? In your supplier terms I remember that I read that suppliers wasn’t allowed to charge for shipping afterwards, and especially not when not stating the exact ammount?

about order cancellation penalty

Hi, I’ve read on this page that there is a penalty when a supplier cancel an order after the end of the calendar day following the purchase. But I cannot find how much is that penalty.

Recurring billing – customer updating/cancelling subscription

Hi,

I am in the process of setting up some recurring products through my 2Checkout account.

I can see how I can easily provide a link for the customer to purchase the subscription in the first place, but how can I:
1. Link from my site to 2checkout to enable the customer to ‘update’ their subscription (i.e. to change their credit card number?)
2. Cancel their subscription (and have my site notified that this is the case).

question re: recurring payments

Hi,

I was wondering whether there is a way to set a return_url to a recurring payment. A billing system I use, WHMCS, is unable to integrate recurring 2CO payments (for webhosting products) without a return_url processed every time a recurring payment goes through, not just the initial order. Please let me know when this function will be available.

Small questions on site-customer-site relationships

Hello 2CO.

My name is Denis and I’m situated in Ukraine. I would like to find out whether 2CO is something that will help to improve my business. Let me describe the issue in brief.

I’m going to launch web project the main purpose of which will be selling web design templates.
Those are design + piece of software that has to be used in one of CMS’es. All those templates will be orgnized in catalog that customers can browse through and should be able to choose any of those
templates. Actually there are a load of such services in a web that might be used as example of what my project will be.

As I understood from Forum here it’s not a problem to sell designs or such templates with 2CO. What I worry about is functionality. And here go some questions.

  1. Will Customer be redirected to 2CO to fill the payment form? I suspect yes, but would like to be sure.
  2. If the only one shipment process for my templates is actual downloading, when will my customer be able to download that template? Right after he filled out the payment form? Or I need to confirm that somehow?
  3. Should I host my templates at 2CO, or I can host them at my site?
  4. Is it possible to automate the process of payment/downloading for customers at all? I mean so that I wouldn’t need to send the templates manually to them after getting email notification from 2CO.
  5. As I saw, 2CO offers a cart system. Is it something proprietary or it is not hard to adapt for my needs? Am I allowed to change something in cart system so that it would better fit to me site’s design and functionality?

New questions about 2CO and Medison, please reply

Dear Sirs,

Via my blog http://medisonscam.blogspot.com and on several forums I have received several questions regarding how 2CO handles this matter.
First of all, I want to say that I trust you fully and don’t think that you are involved if this really is a scam, and that the customer’s money is safe.

Anyway, please answer these questions to clear things up:

1. Which company do you have a contract with, is it Medison Europe Limited, or any other company?
2. In your Suppliers agreement you write: ”Supplier shall maintain sufficient inventory to fulfill purchases by 2co for resale to customers in a timely manner”. What do you believe that a ”timely manner” is in this case? Medison them self has specified up to three months, what are your view on that?
3. You say that no money are transferred to the suppliers account unless that the order is ”marked as shipped” in your system. What does this check mean, is it just a box to check, or do they have to provide a tracking number that you follow up in all orders by automatic means or other?
4. In the manual investigation process, you say that it includes calling customers. Lets say that a supplier says that they have shipped 5 000 orders, how many do you check manually with a positive answer before the money is paid to the supplier? 1%? 10%? Do you wait until everyone who you ask actually has received the product?
5. How does the reservation of customer’s money work? Many people have today said that their money has been released from reservation, is that how it works?
6. Finally, when you finally draw the money from the card in, say three months, will it be the exact same amount, or can it change with fees (”Fees taken by our authorized partner 2CO are U$6.45 + 5,5% and extra on the price.” as Medison claims on their site, is this fee already included)?

URGENT – Payoneer Payment Problem

Hi guys,

It’s been several days, and 9 ticket entries later that am resigned to voice my grievance here. I have been trying, but I don’t know why the payment has not yet been sent out to my 2CheckOut Registered Payoneer Card. Let me outline some facts below:

1) I have ”Validated” my account already.
2) I have received/activated my Payoneer Card.
3) My account has a big balance in sales, so it’s not an issue of any minimum release level.
4) You guys have already contacted my customers to perform the phone/voice verification about orders.

Despite all this, what is the delay? I thought Payoneer was supposed to be a FAST payment alternative.

My current support ticket is: 9565-YSFL-5462

I have even talked to Payoneer, they are aghast at this and confirm the delay is not on their end. They have been helpful to the point of trying to contact 2CheckOut on my behalf and enquire about the delay themselves. I have yet to hear from them, which is understandable, since it’s been just a day since I contacted them.

In either case, please resolve the matter, and let me know why this delay has materialized, and how it can be avoided in the future. I hope to receive payments every week into my card, and thus want to iron out any problems now.
