March 8th, 2010, by: zeroscriptsCan We Get a Bill From 2checkout?
March 8th, 2010, by: orkunerbilHi;
I wonder if we can get any bills from 2checkout for the payments that we make to 2checkout as commission?
As an example, when we sell an item for 100 USD, 2checkout gets approximately 6 USD of it. But we still have to prepare a bill to the buyer from 100 USD, so we pay all the taxes from 100 USD level, but we actually gain 94 USD.
I wonder if we can get a bill from 2checkout for the commissinos?
Regards.
Help me I cant uderstood logic :(
March 7th, 2010, by: kenanHi,
First sorry for my poor English.
I’m bit confused with 2CO explanations…
I want to sell some digital goods based on yearly subscription.
1. So user click on subscribe, come to 2CO, pay and then there is button to finish. When user clicks on that button, form is submitted to my return URL.
I understood that, but what if he don’t submit that button, what happens, data aren’t submitted?
2. What notification should I use to confirm payment, most simple solution I dont want to use every notification and record it? I thought that Invoice Status is most relevant, or its not?
3. When notification is sent to my URL, what should I use as unique ID? I found “order_number” which is submitted when user finish payment, but in Invoice Status notification there is no “order_number” submitted?
4. How to test notifications in demo mode?
So… I need simplest solution, user click on “Subscribe”, finish payment, after that he comes to site, then user have to wait (or what?) for 2CO notification which “tells” that subscription is payed, and user can start downloading.
Thanks in advance
What is the maximum amount we can enter for a product/service?
March 6th, 2010, by: kingkongWhat is the maximum amount we can charge our client? Is there a limit? Like can we bill a client $8000 in one transaction? And how much the 2CO fee would be on $8000?
Big Charge from 2CO on duplicate payments and refund
March 6th, 2010, by: kingkongA client posted one price $700 three times by mistake. Mistake is caused by an error in 2co system where price is duplicated every time the payment page is visited. I had to refund two payments of 700$ each immediately because these were duplicate payments. What 2CO is charging so much money on refunding a duplicate payment??? You should fix your system in order to avoid duplicates. Or is there anyway to avoid duplicate payment on payment page load and allow user to enter duplicate value or quantity manually?
Not all payments show up
March 5th, 2010, by: bill73I kinda miss an option where you can login and get a nice overview over all your payments with a certain creditcard. I tried the find options and they only returned some of the transtions on that card.
Best regards,
Bill.
No response from support and dead phone number
March 5th, 2010, by: hobsdvHi
i received an email from thee risk department saying they had limited my account after review until i made a few changes which i have done.
Its been over 24hrs since i replied to say the changes had been made and still i cannot sell, which is annoyinh as im losing customers now who cant wait fo rme to be able to accept their payment.
Why is support so slow to respond, also i phoned the uk phone number on the website and it does not exist, now im getting worried about using 2co as well.
Dear 2CO team,
During the last 2-3 days we have no emails from you. No messages about new orders, no messages about failed recurring orders etc. However we have both new sales and declined recurring orders.
Your domain name is in all possible white lists on our mail server and we do not have problens getting emails from 100’s of other companies.
Do you have any problems with your mail server now? Are you black listed at some ’spamcop’?
Thanks.
