I started processing payments earlier in the week, and just gave a call to find out when the payment schedule is, as he informed me Thursday of every week. He also notified me that my account will need to go through a verifications process, so I asked him to check that out to make sure I have already been through this because I assumed I have because Me and the risk department went over everything and went through the website verification that everything is ok and passes your TOS. Now here’s the problem if there is another process that is to be done, I need to make sure it is done in time for me to be paid by the next scheduled payment, I googled how long it takes, and I seen nothing but complaints about 2checkout as a whole, and not releasing money for a month. I live off of this money, and I wont be able to pay my rent or eat this month if it is not processed in time, and if I would of known it would take 1 month to release my money, I would of stuck with my original processor. So all I am trying to find out for sure is if my payment will be processed on Thursday as I was informed it should be, or if I need to return to my old merchant because support on the phone wasnt able to verify this for me.
