Despite some criticism to the risk department I’d like to thank these guys for their quick response. Tim Archer was very helpful and approved my account within couple of days since I sent all the necessary papers.
But one thing. I reckon it would be much easier for us vendors when we know right away what shall we do for our account to be approved. I had to call to 2co first, then open the ticket just to find out that as DVD seller I have to fill the forms, send scanned copies of passports, DVD backs etc.
Why just not simply notify a vendor be e-mail that after the registration your account must be approved and to do so you have to send us this and that.
Otherwise you will still have bemused vendors asking how to change their account status from ‘P’ to ‘Y’.
Thank you
