Awesome New Transaction pages!

I’ve just seen the new purchase pages:

great work, please let us know if you are going to change it, since I’m planning to create a preview of the purchase process for my customers.

Purchase Updates

Changes were made to the purchase routine earlier today. Here are some of the changes you may notice:

  • Vendor Purchase Logos have returned. If you have already uploaded your logo, your customers will now see it throughout the purchase process.
  • A new parameter, skip_landing, has been added. If set to 1 it will skip the initial landing page of the purchase routine. If there are options on the products it will cause an error and redirect to the landing page.
  • The Auth.net cart product description has been changed to match that of the 2CO cart descriptions. This is the text that is listed below the cart/product details. It used to read “Vendor site Auth.net purchase…”. It now reads “Vendor site cart purchase…”
  • The “Continue Shopping Button” now works as desired when there are no items in the cart. Order of Precedence:
    1. return_url parameter. – This is used first, if not present go to 2.
    2. Referrer – the referrer is used 2nd, if this is not available go to 3.
    3. URL – The main URL on the account.

Is there a way to remove a redundant button at the checkout

I was wondering if there is a way to change something that shows up when people check out and I guess everybody has this, but when the customer leaves my shopping cart and is taken to 2checkout.com there’s a page that gives them “3″ buttons to choose from to click, one says, “Continue Shopping”, the next says, “Save Changes” and the last one says, “Save and Checkout”. The 1st one and the last one actually do something, but the middle one, “Save Changes” doesn’t appear to do anything for the customer and it seems it may make them think there’s something wrong with the checkout when they see it. Is there a way to remove that middle button?

Thank you,
Karen
