It has come to my attention that my customers who use PayPal to purchase their eBooks through my site do not get the email that contains the download link to their purchase, nor do they get anything but a blank page.
I use Linklok for added security as I am a tiny, 1-person, home-based business, and all I sell are eBooks. They are the ones who pointed me in the right direction as I had thought it was perhaps something in the script for Linklok initially. (Which didn’t really make sense, considering I’d never run into problems before; not until 2CO began working with PayPal.)
Has anyone else come across this problem?
