Hi, i’m new here

and i’m from the philippines,
I wanted to join as a vendor.

Now i’m confuse, i don’t know how much do i need really to pay to be a vendor member here in 2checkout.com

Do i need to pay only $49 USD only? I want to use money order to transfer my payment.

any one would like to help me and explain to me this in complete details.
