I am not happy with 2Checkout fraud check department from last few months ! During last few month I received more than 2 chargeback and many fraud ordered!

And this all order are pass using 2Checkout fraud check team ! Every time they send message “PASSED: Please ship the following orders” !!!

I loose money just because this !

And during last few days I inform them that some of ordered saws like fraud so, please check again… And on their first message they just reply me “I apologize for the delay in response to your inquiry. Sales 4118553589 and 4118836724 have passed the fraud review on 21-Aug-2009. I hope that this information was helpful to you.” and close ticket ! If I process this 2 orders than I loose more $600+ money ! But I re-open ticket for the same than only they call party and found that this orders are fraud !!!

I am selling digital goods and if some one found charge back than I loose all money because no shipping proof ! Also 2checkout charge $15 for chargeback claim solution !!!

Means first they not check or verify all orders carefully and if chargeback claim they also charge $15 !

Its very bad… NOT HAPPY WITH 2CHECKOUT FRAUD CHECK DEPARTMENT…

Hope reading this they check all orders carefully and seller get less fraud orders …

To begin with, here are the two transaction IDs (that I am referring to) totaling ~$6500:
#1: 3957025551
#2: 3956751207 (filed a chargeback week after the first transaction)

Now the story is that the client placed an order with us in August, rendered services but due to some confusion filed in a chargeback after a couple of months for both the transactions at an interval of a week.

We received notification on 6th November for the first transaction and discussed with the client. The client withdrew the chargeback within 3 days of filing it for the first transaction. We contacted 2CO who notified us that it could take several weeks before it was all sorted – we had no option but to wait.
The second notification was sent within a week of the first transaction chargeback notification but this time around, we decided to refund the amount/re-bill the client to avoid the lengthy procedures.

At this point, we have spoken to 2CO several times and the client has already done the same. Neither us nor the client has the money with them but we have ~US$6500 hosed up the roof for no good reason.

During recession, each dollar counts and we do need the money. I would urge the 2CO staff to review our case and revert back to us rather than sending us a generic emailer informing us that it would be another “several weeks”.

There was an unfair refund made on one of my sale…

now today i receive a mail they remaining amount is also refunded.

By claiming that customer was not happy…

Guys, here is an idea… shop from 2Checkout vendors…. as much as you can….

once products is delivered make a claim of un-satisfactions and get your money back…

2Checkout you guys help scamers, your support sucks… i called some girls picked up phone…. they did’nt heard what i was saying… they just barked and shut the phone without asking if i need more help….

i had enough…. 4 scam within 2 months…

The buyer scams me, she contacted with 2CO and gave lame and falls statements against me…

she then contacted her Creditcard company for charge back…

and 2CO did that!!!!!

THIS IS A FAIR CASE OF FRAUD AND 2CO HELPED A SCAMER…

Is it correct that 2CO retains the 5.5% fees for each transaction regardless of the fact that transaction was either ok or refunded by 2CO or vendor for reasons such as fraud?

Here\’s an example:

I get a 2CO order from a person in the US with an IP address of the origin of the transaction in, say, Yemen. I clearly see it\’s a fake order. Say, the order is for $100. I hit the Cancel Sale button, choose Fraud as the reason for cancellation. The money then goes back to the card account, but does the $5.50 go back to me or do you guys keep $5.50 anyway????

I get a 2CO order from a person in the US with an IP address of the origin of the transaction in, say, PA, USA. The order looks perfectly legit and 2CO Fraud approves this transaction. Say, the order is for $100. The customer is sent download instructions for the e-good purchased by this order, so the delivery is effected.

Two months after the transaction, I get a note from 2CO that this is fraud and I should contact the vendor or refund the sale.

We have fallen victim of real fraud on a few occasions, and are bothered by unsubstantiated transactions that 2CO fraud review hastily approves and that we reverse. Does that mean that we\’re losing money every time this occurs???

I dont even know if I got a program.
I got something with a register form and nothing more but it ask for a key or serial number.

I have claimed my money back several times and it also have 30 days money back.

Tomorrow is the end of these 30 days and still no refund.

Program maker do not replies to e-mails.

Paypal say that they are now an eBay company and have no protection and give no help if I buy outside eBay.

Now I have claimed my money back via my bank and MasterCard.

One month of problem just for buying via 2checkout.com.
