I have signed up for 2CO account 2 months ago. That time it was working fine. Now, I have completed my website but it gives me the paramter error. I contacted the risk department and said that I have to place some special information such as contact information, payment methods, shipping etc clearly on the website. I have done so approx 40 hours ago and again opened the ticket but still no response ( Ticket No: 3296-YOAG-0590). I am in a hurry beacuse I am from Pakistan and there is the EID season ( ends in 20 days) and I expect better sales during this period being an online gift shop. Can anybody advice what to do?
