My Payment is Lost!!

I just lost my payment and it did not reach me. It was sent in 29 March 2007!! And it did not reach me yet! I contacted 2checkout.com but they keep on saying we trying to contact my bank but it is not responding. I’m asking about any guidance to trace my paymet, they do not want to give any details like their bank name, swift id….etc I do not know what to do. If anybody could help, pleeeeeeeaaaaase do.
