Originating IP address for INS verification

Does 2CO have a list of static IP’s that I could check in my script via $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] variable to verify that INS notification is actually coming from 2CO?

md5 verification is inconvenient for users of my membership site software as it complicates setups for them.
