<p>We have raised several tickets regarding a missing currency wire payment to ourselves and so far have had no response. Further updates to our tickets go ignored.</p>
<p>We require more information regarding the sterling transaction value and a trace so we can get our receiving bank to investigate. The payment has so far not been returned.</p>
<p>Subsequent payments have gone through, so only one payment has gone astray, but the lack of response from 2CO is worrying to say the least. Has anyone else experienced similar</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We&#8217;re somewhat frustrated about amount of time it takes to resolve the issue with sale that went via FXsource way. It is not the first time that 2CheckOut cannot associate our money with our account. Thanks God, our customer is patient one and help us to resolve the issue, many other would not!</p>
<p>1) Customer started process with the 2CO Invoice link we&#8217;ve provided to him.<br />
2) He selected FXsource as payment method.<br />
3) 2Checkout in cooperation with FXsource generated reference number for him to use in wire transfer to FXsource.<br />
4) He did send money from his bank account using reference number from 2CO<br />
5) They promptly appeared on FXsource (we can see that with check routine,  http://fxsource.com/fxs/sndr_find_transaction.fx, with reference number) on 25th of March.<br />
6) 2Checkout doesn&#8217;t register money as our sale for 10 days already.</p>
<p>We&#8217;ve contacted 2CheckOut via ticket 2340-ERPJ-8883, we&#8217;ve called 2CO to resolve it in speedier manner. 2CheckOut refuses to do any action and points to FXsource&#8230;</p>
<p>Is integration between FXsource and 2CO MY problem? If money get stuck between card processor and 2CO should I deal with card processor 2ChoutOut integrates with?</p>
<p>Nevertheless I contacted FXsource, while I couldn&#8217;t find anyone at support, at sales I&#8217;ve been peacefully understood and promised to be resolved between FXsource and 2CheckOut internally.</p>
<p>There is little progress still.</p>
<p>Is anyone experiencing issues like this? How did you resolve them? Why am I spending my time to solve problems in integration between 2CO and FXsource?</p>
<p>I&#8217;d welcome comments of 2CO vendors, buyers and 2CO staff. Thanks.</p>

<p>This post is for those who thinks about dealing with payoneer. Just would like people to know this before choosing this sucky service.</p>
<p>A little of history:</p>
<p>August 15th &#8211; I sign for Payoneer card. Everything is fine &#8211; the same day I get email about my account being approved and request is being processed.</p>
<p>September 25th &#8211; I get email from payoneer that says: <em>\&#8221;Your payoneer Prepaid MasterCard has not still been activated\&#8221;</em>. Pretty funny. I think they has to know that the card has not been delivered yet, but they send this mockery email.</p>
<p>The same September 25th &#8211; I contact payoneer support for the explanations. As a lot of you might guess I have got notification like: <em>\&#8221;We have received your inquiry and are assigning it to a representative. You can expect to receive a response from us within two business days.\&#8221;</em> And the number of my request for reference. Email says I will get the response within 2 business days. I <strong>STILL</strong> have no response on that request.</p>
<p>Septemder 30th &#8211; I get email from 2checkout that says how cool payoneer is and I should definitely consider working with them. It was just a regular automatic email.</p>
<p>October 3rd &#8211; I\&#8217;m tired of waiting and email to payoneer support. I get the same automatic email that says I will get response within 2 busness days. As usually no response yet. BUT one nice thing &#8211; they refer to me as \&#8221;Lisa\&#8221;. WTF? I email that f**king system that I\&#8217;m not Lisa. And get another response to \&#8221;Lisa\&#8221; that says&#8230; \&#8221;response within 2 busness days\&#8221;.</p>
<p>I still have no <strong>any</strong> respinse from payoneer. I still have no card. I can\&#8217;t get payments since August 15th. PEOPLE, do not work with such awful system that has no support, doesn\&#8217;t care about customers and has no any respect to it\&#8217;s customers. They claim they can deliver card to any piece of the world. I have no possibility to check this, but their service&#8230; did anybody say they have any service at all? </p>
<p>My advise to all of you who is finding for the payment solution &#8211; don\&#8217;t use Payoneer. This is just my experience, but if this experience is that bad, I\&#8217;m sure I\&#8217;m not the only one.</p>

I am writting this post with hope that something will change with your Support. I remember those times when I got answer/help after some hours after submitting the problem&#8230; Last time I don&#8217;t understand why do you offer support tickets? Some months ago I contacted support department with a problem. After one week (!!!) &#8211; no reaction. I had to call from another part of the world to resolve it. I waited 50 minutes, 2 minutes else I described my problem and after 10 minutes it was fixed. What I was waiting 1 week for if no one read messages from vendors at all? 2 days ago I submitted a ticket again. As always last time &#8211; no response&#8230; In one of the posts here I noticed that the forum moderator can increase the speed of the process <img src='http://www.2checkout.com/community/public/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  May be you can help me too?<br />
