The total value is changing because your account is currently setup in USD. This can be changed on the banking details page in our new sellers area. Each 2Checkout account can only be setup in one currency. The product price or total that is passed in by your shopping cart will always be in your accounts selected currency. If your account is set to USD the order total will be automatically changed to the customers local currency based on their IP address and the current exchange rate. If your account is set to a different currency such as Euro the order total will always be in Euro unless the customer changes the currency manually by clicking on the currency flags in the purchase routine. If you want to list the products on your site in 2 different currencies you may want to open multiple accounts in different currencies to cover all of your different currency listings.
