i am new to 2checkout. i am having problems uploading my e-book in pdf. format after creating the product in my vendor area. i have read the help manual but i am still having some difficulties finding my way. please i need information on how i can create and upload my e-book in the vendor area.

We do not host software for our suppliers so you would not be able to upload the file in your 2Checkout account. When you are setting up a downloadable product in our Plug and Play cart you will need to set the path to the file or download page as the products approved URL. This way the customer is directed to the proper download page or prompted to download the file once their order has been completed. It is important to note that if you are going to link directly to the file you will need to make sure that Direct Return is set to “Given links back to my site” on the Site Management page. You may also be interested in securing your downloads by using a digital delivery program such as linklok.
