Hello ekta1610, At this time you, or a 2Checkout Customer Care Agent, must log into the 2Checkout account to stop the recurring sale. Your customer can call us and request this, you may also call us and request this if you wish.
If you want to make it easy for the customer then I would recommend you build a form on your website like you described above and have the form email you the details from the customer. Then once a day you can log into the account to stop any recurring billings that have been requested. You could also forward those requests to our ticket system and have our agents handle the process, but if you do this make sure your customers understand it may take up to 48 hours to cancel the recurring. If we do release a feature that will allow you to send us the details and stop a recurring without the need to log into the system, you would then be able to update your form and remove the manual part of the process.

Thanks Ricks. The call is in the beta API. One other question which doesn’t seem to be in the API information. My understanding is that currently users can’t choose Paypal as an option for payment of a recurring billing, only credit cards. Will the new API support this?

The current release of our API is not for transactions, only for account operations. As such, our API will not support any payment options.
