I’m sorry for asking a question which I know will have been asked before, or at least I would expect so. I’ve been asked by a client to add 2co to his website. He uses recurring billing and doesn’t want to add his products manually.
Basically I need a guide, I’m assuming you have one hidden somewhere on this site?
If anyone could point me in the right direction(s) I would greatly appreciate it, I have stumbled around on the site for about 40mins now and I’ve got no where, I can’t find a clearcut guide.

Hey Karl,
”Basically I need a guide, I’m assuming you have one hidden somewhere on this site?”
Yes actually, there is a user’s guide which can provide you with most of the information you need to know about doing things inside of your account. You can find this guide at the link below.
https://www.2checkout.com/documentation/UsersGuide2/usersguide.html
Our knowledge base is also extensive and can most likely answer any question you have which is not covered in the above guide. You can look for articles with the menu bar on the side of the site or just by using the search bar.
Lastly your also able to put in a ticket or give us a call. An staff member will be happy to help you with any questions or concerns that you might have.
You can enter a ticket at this link.
https://support.2co.com/deskpro/newticket.php
Or you can call us at one of these numbers.
1.614.921.2450 Main Number
1.877.294.0273 Toll-Free (US and Canada)
0.871.871.8283 United Kingdom
”He uses recurring billing and doesn’t want to add his products manually.”
Products can be added to your account in two ways. Either you can manually create them, or you can upload a CSV file which can have any number of products. More information about the CSV files can be found in the products section of your account.

Do I have to fully register in order to follow that guide? It states:
”On your Account Homepage, locate the link, ”7. Setting Up Your Site” and click it. It will take you to the first of three Site Configuration pages.” – Do You Offer an API
I can not find this link anywhere, I also did not want to register for a full account, I have no intentions of selling via 2co, I am merely attempting to integrate this service for someone else.

@karl – When you log into your 2Checkout account you will see a set of links at the top numbered 1 to 7. If you do not have an account you will not be able to access any account to follow the guide. If you’re setting this up for some one else I recommend that they sign up for the 2Checkout account and give you access so you can integrate our service with the site they have. In order to fully integrate the site you will need the specific account number and you may need to enter information into that account for the site to function as you wish. If you have specific questions about integration I recommend that you open a support ticket and we will be able to assist you.
