Logo error

Getting a general error #1253473044 when trying to upload or select a logo for my site under “Site management”.

Anyone else have this problem?

The error you received is due to a known issue in the new sellers area (VA) were suppliers cannot currently attach their logo to the purchase pages. Our developers are aware of this issue and are currently working to get it resolved as soon as possible. We will update this thread once the issue has been resolved.

The issue that was causing an error message to be received when attempting to upload a purchase or order page logo has been resolved. You may now upload and attach logos for your account from the Site Management page.
