Hi I got complaints from customers who when they are on the credit card page and they try to add information the receive the following error:
Your authorization failed for the following reason:
Authorization Failed Invalid Tran Type
Please go back and attempt to correct your information or
choose a different payment method
what the hell is going on ? I verify the problem when I tried to make a transaction with my visa
Anyone has the same problem ?

This error is being returning by the credit card processing network and is specific to the credit card. This means that the bank has declined to authorize the transaction. Your customer should call Visa if they would like more information on why the card could not be authorized. Visa can also provide more information as to why you received this error with your card as well.

Here is the URL that you can use to have your customers update their billing information:
https://www.2checkout.com/2co/admin/change_billing_method?sale=XXXXXXXXXX
Keep in mind, you will have to replace ”XXXXXXXXXX” with the customer’s order number. Hope this helps you out!
