&lt;p&gt;From the information you&#039;ve provided, the most likely reason you are getting that parameter error is because there are two different sets of parameters being used here. The &#039;total&#039; parameter is part of our custom parameter set used with 3rd-party shopping carts. The rest of your parameters are part of the Plug-n-Play parameter set. For the Plug-n-Play cart, you would not have to actually specify the total dollar amount since it is based on a calculation between the quantity that the customer wants and the product&#039;s price. Including the &#039;total&#039; parameter in with the Plug-n-Play parameters will generate the parameter error that you are receiving.&lt;/p&gt;
