You are correct that upon completion of a successful sale INS will send a notification to the URL provided by the supplier that an order has been placed and the order details will be sent in that notification. 

If the order isn&#039;t approved at the time of the purchase, the customer will remain on the 2Checkout page with a message to advised why the order had failed. 

Upon completion of a successful order the customer and order parameters can be returned to a page specified by the supplier to update the shopping cart and to provide the customer with a &quot;Thank you&quot; message.
