A sale of mine has been detected as fraud, but NO REFUND is maded….
IT WAS A PYAPAL PAYMENT
My client is asking me for refund…. what the hack is this….
If you made it as a fraud then why no refund has been madded?
I tried to made a refund manually but its giving some error….
I HAVE A COMPANY GOODWILL TO LOOK AFTER AND THIS IS JUST SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
MY TICKED HAS NOT BEEN ANSWERED.

Hammad, I’ve forwarded your ticket to our Fraud department. Someone from our Fraud department will respond to your ticket shorty.

I also had a problem like this. I had 2 orders after i opened my account, the first one was ok, the other one didn`t passed, like a fraud, but the client called me and told me it`s no problem from him, he could send the documents, whatever. The fact is the both orders were make using cards from the same bank, called epassporte, from videochat.
Why the first one was ok, and the second one was failed?
I think you have to change your fraud reviewers.
