Hi Cliff, this is all very well but the single page routine is only allowed for sellers of intangible products. Our site http://www.lapigems.com has been using 2CO for many years and one of major bugbears has been that our clients have to duplicate the payment process every time they buy off us. Our in-house shopping cart collects all necessary information from the client and then when they go to pay on the 2CO site they have to enter it all again. Additionally the confusing checkout buttons present a problem and we have had many complaints as well as a few buyers deciding against purchasing. Your one page solution is perfect for us but we aren’t able to use it. We would be far more satisifed with 2CO if we could and I’m sure would increase our conversion rates considerably. Please let me know if there is any way you can authorise us to start using this routine. As I have said, our cart already collects all the required info from the client and we can pass this on to your system in the background very easily without the client having to re-enter it all again. PLEASE look into this as amatter of urgency. Thank you.

Suppliers have the ability to pass in the customer shipping and billing information and pre-populate the 2Checkout purcahse pages with both the single page and multiple page purcahse routines. This involves passing us the data using parameter names that are detailed in the parameter set article specific to what set you are using.
I have tested your site and you are already passing this information in so your customers only need to enter the payment details such as the credit card number. The way you are currently set up the customers only need to enter the billing and shipping on your site and when they reach our purchase page, this information is already entered for them.
You can use the Single Page Purchase on lapigems.com because you are using the 3rd party cart parameter set and you do not need to use the 2Checkout shipping methods. I have tested the purchase link your cart creates with the single page purcahse and it works great. All you need to do to start using this single page purcahse routine is edit the link your cart creates so the 2Checkout URL is:
https://www.2checkout.com/checkout/spurchase
Once this change is made your sales will go to this routine and your customers will simply need to enter the credit card information and click Checkout to complete the sale.
