Hi, i just signed up as a vendor with 2checkout 2days ago, i made a mistake of putting the wrong website as my site to integrate 2checkout account with, that’s because i thought that i can implement the account in more than 1 website. After signing up as a vendor, i started to read around and found that each account registered is for the use of a single website only. So i wanted to change the website which i have put in my profile to the other.
I have opened a ticket, i only got 1 reply which wasn’t useful, i really want to start selling and implementing my 2co account on my ecommerce site as soon as possible, its costing me money and time. Please help out here, i haven’t even use anything from my 2co account yet, i need to sell my item fast.

You better re-open your ticket and explain to them your situation. But the final decision is on 2CO.

It is true that one 2checkout account can only be used to sell from 1 URL. If you need to change your URL you can open a support ticket and our Risk department will change this for you. Please allow them some time to reach your ticket and update your URL. You can also call 2Checkout at 614-921-2450 or 877-294-0273 and take care of the URL change over the phone. Handling this by phone will be faster.

I m from malaysia , i don’t know how to dial the telephone number over there and i m not sure about the phone rate. I have open a few ticket, no 1 from risk department is replying me. very sad at the response rate.
