I was supposed to receive my funds a week ago but 2checkout would not send it. I asked their support and they replied that “Currently all essay suppliers will have their payments held until April 15th.”
They decided so without any prior notification. A week ago I did receive a message from 2CO stating that they would stop processing payments from custom writing companies on 15th January, and will have the right to verify the funds processed by then for 3 months. But today is 14 December, not 15th January! I need to pay salary to my employees and get the business going, and now it turns out that they just decided to freeze my money for almost half-year! We still get orders from our customers, for hundreds of dollars daily, 2checkout process them but evidently are not going to send this money to us. Now the situation is, our writers take these new projects, work on them, submit them, and we have nothing to pay for their work. Thus our debt grows everyday. Changing payment processing company does not happen in 2 days, you need at least week or two to have things settled and all security checks done, but what is worst of all, with such “hold” on my money, I will not have any funds to pay for the installation of new payment processing system. My entire business falls apart.
I may agree that custom writing is a risky business in regards to some “grey” companies BUT for 4 years of working with 2checkout we have never put their reputation at risk as we have never had a single charge back and have really low refund rate. We have settled tea of writers and stable customer base. So my company has never done anything to be exposed to this kind of measures. Now, they have been silent for 2 days and I don’t even know what to do as my writers’ payment day has already passed.

I apologize for our delay in response, this was due to the weekend. It is quite unfortunate that our new policies will affect a legitimate supplier such as yourself, as well as all other suppliers with essay accounts in good standing. The reason that the payment on each provider of essays and term papers was suspended is because the accounts will eventually be closed. We must ensure that there are adequate funds available for any refunds, charge backs, or other issues that may arise in the time prior to closure. I do understand your situation. Additional information as to how we will proceed with your situation may be found in our response to the ticket you recently submitted. If you need further assistance or clarification, please respond to that ticket.

The same thing happened to us. We have received an email notice that our account would stop functioning on January 15th, but no one ever mentioned that the pending payments will be set on hold for 90 days. It never happened to us in three years. So far I have sent an email to 2CO risk department, I am sure this is simply a misunderstanding and funds will be released in a regular manner. Please confirm. Vendor ******.

I did open the support ticket. Do you really want me to post the response I got? Do you think I would post here if I were satisfied with the response?
I currently deal with risk department about the issue. I will post the copy of the second post of anasthezia once the pending funds are released. Please do not confuse the pending payment with the funds in reserve. If you do this to your vendors on a regular basis, this will be one of the reasons your “fastest growing” company goes bankrupt. We are your business. You don’t sell, we do. Even though you decide not to deal with some of us, we gave you profit for years, so at least have some respect.

hello pwlab -
I have read through your support ticket and it looks like we will be releasing your payments as normal. You should have a reply from the risk team to the ticket to confirm this. I apologize for any inconvenience.
