I am a vendor, my release level is at $300, i requested for wire transfer. As of now, i have opened a few ticket with no response from 2checkout regarding when i will get my payment. I have setup my bank account and verified my account. I even used my own credit card to purchase from my website to get to the release level of $300, this shows that i really need my money, its not just payment from client, its my own money that’s stuck in my vendor account.
May i have some response from 2checkout because i trusted your service when i signed up for it, now i m disappointed with service.
My ticket is 7777-GKCB-3778 and 5839-IMVN-7471
And also , i can even login to see my ticket status everytime i opened a new ticket, the password & email registered doesn’t even work, at times i don’t even get any response mail.
Seriously guys, can be speed up my payment, my credit card debts is piling up, i don’t want to wait till next year until you guys decide to give me my payment.

Please be advised that it is against 2CO Terms of Service to place orders on your own account. Future occurrences of this will result in the order being refunded.
Currently your balance does not meet the minimum release level for wire transfer. Payment via wire transfer will only be possible if the balance meets or exceeds 300.00. You also have the option of changing your payment method to airmail check, which requires a minimum release level of 100.00.

My account is at $300. So what do you want me to do now? wait for the wiretransfer or change to airmail which i read will take forever to reach my address or gotten lost. I need a serious response from the payment department.

While you have in fact made $300.00 in sales your account balance (which takes into account the assessment of 2CO fees and reserves) is still below the minimum release level for wire transfer.

I have changed my payment option to Cheque Mail. And i have set the release level which is sufficient for the cheque mailing. Please send the payment to me and notify me , i don’t want to wait anymore.

Payments are released on Thursday every week. Your check will be mailed to you on Thursday Aug 2nd as you have reached the release level for this payment method. You can see the details of this payment by logging onto your 2Checkout account and clicking on the ”To Check Your Payments” link located on the account homepage.

When can i get my check/cheque/money…. Did you guys really send it to me, can i at least get some tracking code, very tired of waiting.

Your Air Mail check was mailed out to you on Aug. 2nd. You can confirm this information by viewing your payment information in your account. 2CO has no way of guaranteeing any time period for receipt due to the varying degrees of dependability of other postal services worldwide. A standard rule-of-thumb would be to permit checks fourteen (14) business days before reporting the check as lost. Thank you for your patience.
