a few issues

I always see two issues when updating my banking details. due to some business circumtances, I have to change the release level almost twice a month, whenever I click banking wizard button, it does not show me my Bank Swift Code and Country. shows swift code field as empty and country field to COUNTRY.

I always have to copy the Swift code from the existing page and paste there, I am not sure if its a bug in the form or what…?

Also I had applied for payoneer card last month and was approved within a couple of days, they also sent th card via post in the same week. It has passed over a month now and I have still not received the card, I also contacted 2CO support and called payoneer but nobody is able to help. I asked them to give me some sort of proof of dispatching the card so I can trace with my local post, but not heard from anyone…

Payoneer is helpless… they never reply from support@payoneer.com. I mailed them from different email addresses but they never reply.

I also tried to call them for more than 10 times, and then on 11th time I got someone picked up the fone, checked my account and said that I should just wait and hang up the fone… LOL

2co cannot free itself from the responsibility to get you a proper response from Payoneer. I suggest you open a support ticket at 2co and ask for their assistance.

Wow, when I CC the email to support@payoneer.com, I got an auto reply stating I can expect to receive a response from us within two business days. do you think its a professional support expectation time??? 2 business days mean a lot of time…

We provide web hosting services having more than 1000s customers so far and still we provide 2-3 hours expected response time to all our customers for technical support…
