Are there any currency parameters that could be sent to interpret the price being sent in a particular currency? Or is there a way to get current exchange rates of 2checkout to automatically do the conversion before sending?
I do not want to change the currency globally as there’s a requirement to accept both HKD and USD on the same site.

Each 2Checkout account can be set to one default currency. This currency is the currency that we will consider any total value that you send to our purchase pages. There is not a parameter that can be sent in to define the currency of the total. Our exchange rates change daily and we do not offer a listing of these exchange rates.
I recommend that you set your 2Checkout account and website to USD. This will cause the currency to be automatically converted to the local currency of the buyer when they reach our checkout pages. The customers will be able to change the currency if they wish by clicking the flags that run along the top of our purchase pages. Your customers will be able to pay in USD or HKD on our site. They will also be able to change the currency to any of our supported currencies.

Until recently this was possible. 2co had a page with the currency exchange listing, that my site read and made the conversion before sending to 2co.
With this page 2co had (until June 2008) vendors could set for example exactly 50 euros.
2co, I need this feature back again!

At this time 2Checkout does not plan to bring this feature back as very few 2CO vendors utilized this service. We appreciate your concern on this matter and will forward the feature request to our developers. This service will be duly considered again when assets are reallocated for future development.
