This just started happening last week or so. I have a product where I do not charge a shipping cost I include it into the price ($45.00 including shipping). Before everything was working fine. I have the product set of 0.00 handling and 0.00 weight for shipping and it would not charge the customer for shipping. Now it seems to charge $5.00 for shipping on that product. I don’t know what is going on and any help on fixing this problem would be great.

Jasen – If you use weights based shipping customers will be charged for a 0.00 weight product. This is because the weight divisions are set up as up to 1 lbs, up to 2 lbs and so forth. A weight of zero falls into the up to 1 lbs category. What I recommend is that you have a weight division that is up to one pound, or whatever weight unit you use, and be sure that division charges 0.00 dollars. Then any product you need to charge shipping for can be set at a weight above 1 pound. The next weight division you set up, lets say up to 2 lbs, would only be applied to products weighing 1.01 and 2.0.
