I ordered the payoneer card by regular mail about 1 month ago and have not received it yet. When I started to realize that there are really no chances for me to get it by regular mail, I contacted Payoneer support team and asked them to issue a new card and ship it ASAP by FedEx. They charged 120$ from my Payoneer account and in about 2-3 days I was notified that my card had been issued and that I should wait for an email from Payoneer with the FedEx tracking number. However, it’s already 2 weeks that have passed by and I still have not received any updates in regards to the tracking number. I already sent few emails to the Payoneer support team and contacted them on Live Chat Support few times (including 2 times today). Unfortunately none of them there could explain me where my card is now and when I would get it. I asked if it was shipped already and did not receive any reply. They just say they don’t know about the status. When I asked for the telephone numbers of their executive management or shipment department they did not reply as well. I also asked if there is any way for me to get refunded or at least withdraw the available funds to the Payoneer card of my frined but it turns out that it’s impossible.
Can anyone comment on this?
