I am selling single items with 2CO for 3 years now. With the new version, I have uploaded my logos for Order and Purchase, but they never show up on the pages. I use the normal checkout and not the 1 page checkout. Is there a way my company logo can be shown on the checkout page?

It appears that you uploaded your logo successfully. However, at this time there is an issue preventing vendors from attaching the logo image to the purchase pages. Our developers are aware of this issue and they are working on a fix, but they have not given any kind of time estimate on when the fix will be rolled out.
Typically, to attach a purchase page logo, you would go to the ‘Account’ tab and then the ‘Site Management’ tab. When you have done this, you will see the ‘Your Logos’ section on the right side of the page. Click the plus ( + ) icon under the ‘Purchase’ label, which will take you to the listing of your images. Click on the logo you want to attach to the purchase routine, and it will return you back to the ‘Site Management’ area, displaying the thumbnail of your logo under the ‘Your Logos’ section.

I got this error when following your guide: “General Application Error. Please reference error #1252910507″. Any idea how can I set the purchase & order page logo? Thanks.

Due to a known issue in the new sellers area (VA), suppliers cannot currently attach their logo to the purchase pages. Our developers are aware of this issue and are currently working to get it resolved as soon as possible. We will update this thread once the issue has been resolved.

The issue that was causing an error to be received when attempting to upload purchase and order page logos has been resolved. You may now upload purchase and order page logos from the site management screen in your account.
