I sincerely apologize for the troubles that you and other vendors have experienced with this issue. It appears that the session which keeps you logged into the VA system will expire because of a discrepancy between the time that the session's cookie is set to expire and the time to which your local system is set. Our developers are currently researching this and a response will be provided here as soon as a solution is reached. In the meantime, you are more than welcome to make use of Firefox to log into your Vendor Administration area, as Firefox does indeed seem to work without being affected by this issue.
