Notifications not received

I have asked about this problem by opening a support ticket already. but nobody is there to help properly. The staff just tells how to enable notifications from my account, And I did the same several times. But I still do not receive the notification emails of payments and order status. Now I just received an order when I was offline and after several hours, I do not know the order status therefore I cannot process the order at my end nor and provide the service to the customer.

I checked the spam box already, and this is something wrong with my account.

You are not receiving notifications because no email subscriptions have been selected for your username in the new sellers area. You can easily setup your email subscriptions on the User Management page by clicking on the “Account” tab and then the “User Management” subtab. From here you can select your username which will take you to the Username Details page. On the right side of this page their will be a list of email subscriptions you can select and then you may click the update button to confirm your changes. I was unable to locate the ticket that you opened regarding this issue. If you would like us to make this change for you, please contact us directly to make the request.

I did that already 3 times. It does not work. After the page reloads. all the check boxes come unchecked again.

Yes, please make this change for me.

So, here your mistake again. no email was received again nor any notification of Order verification. My system processed the order and you guys refunded the sale. I am fed up with your system.

I have to change the gateway. REFUND MY SETUP FEE.

Your email subscriptions are setup correctly and are being sent for the account you specified in your support ticket. It is possible that the emails are being blocked by a your spam filter. You may be interested in using our Instant Notification Service to insure that your system receives notification of all sale changes.
