The phone number field now brings up an error if you put a + sign in it and doesn’t explain what the error is.
A lot of people, especially in business, now add the + sign when they enter phone numbers in forms.

At this time our payment pages will only accept numbers and the dash character in the phone number field. I will send over a request to allow the + sign to our developers for consideration.

At least some explanation to the customer as to why the form input fails the check. I don’t know about you guys, but my users put in their phone numbers in many weird and wonderful ways.
I see the multiple fields seem to have been reduced to just one – nice move, that was another gripe.
At the last payment option stage can we please at least have Credit Card selected by default, if only to reduce the number of clicks needed to complete payment?
PayPal is a hellish nuisance for downloadables – surely there could be a user-specific way to take the customer to a page that doesn’t give that option?
