recurring Billing change customers email

I have a client on an annual recurring bill, he has changed his email so invoices from 2CO not getting to him how do I change his email? cannot find it in control panel

You cannot modify the customer’s contact information, you will need to ask the customer to contact 2checkout to verify that they would like this information changed, and 2checkout Customer Care will change it for them.
