Risk dept validating my products

How long does it take for the risk dept to validate/approve the products? I have sent an email about three days ago and have received no feedback at all.

The process varies based on the nature of the review and the information you submitted. Response time related to product approval, site review, reversal of account status, account validation, etc will all have their own turnaround time based on the situation surrounding the inquiry itself.

It would also depend on whether you submitted the query to a specific Risk agent, the ticket system, or left a voice message. No agent works 7 days a week, if you submit a query to them during off hours or before their off days you will not receive a response until they return to the office. Tickets will typically receive a reply in less than 2 business days. This applies only to response time. Actual approval is based solely on the amount of time it takes the individual account into compliance. Many vendors are able to seamlessly transition themselves into the 2Checkout system. Typically this is due to the vendor familiarizing themselves with our policies and procedures prior to their account’s review period, and taking the initiative to bring their accounts in line with our guidelines.
