Hey Daisy,
This is a good place to talk about this. The functionality that you are asking about does not exist on the 2Checkout.com purchase pages and is most likely something we would not implement. It is true that not everyone wants to pay with credit cards, and because of that there are several other methods that we provide to customers such as digital checks and Bill Me Later. Yet, all of those payments methods go through us since that is the service that we provide. If you would rather sell your products by yourself and are looking for just e-mail and quantity tracking functionality then you may want to use a third party cart instead. Cart systems are similar to our Plug N Play system where you create products in your account, although you can normally have much more control over the flow of a purchase and also include several different payment methods of your own choice all at once.

There are many cart systems out there and you can easily find them on any search engine. Although for a list of third party carts that work with us you can look at the link below.
http://www.2checkout.com/community/?p=301

Also you may want to ask about on the forum, many of our vendors already use cart systems and they may be able to suggest to you a good one to use.

Just as a note, 2Checkout.com will send out e-mails to customers after a sale although it does not keep track of your product quantities.
