I am writting this post with hope that something will change with your Support. I remember those times when I got answer/help after some hours after submitting the problem… Last time I don’t understand why do you offer support tickets? Some months ago I contacted support department with a problem. After one week (!!!) – no reaction. I had to call from another part of the world to resolve it. I waited 50 minutes, 2 minutes else I described my problem and after 10 minutes it was fixed. What I was waiting 1 week for if no one read messages from vendors at all? 2 days ago I submitted a ticket again. As always last time – no response… In one of the posts here I noticed that the forum moderator can increase the speed of the process
May be you can help me too?
