Just curious as to what all the other users think about this.
I have absolutely no doubt at all about the ability of 2co staff and this is no reflection on any of them.
Do you think the users should have a special forum where we can post ideas for upgrades or amendments and when 2co are ready to make amendments to the system they survey users to try and find out which are the most important changes we want…..NOT what THEY want.
This worked very very well for a different software i was involved with.
I just made a suggestion and pretty much got the answer….wysiwyg. I dont think this is acceptable. My suggestion even gave them a ‘cut’ but they are not even the slightest bit interested.
That is why I believe we, the users, should have more input as to what changes are made.
I accept my idea may not bode well with everyone and if it always comes last on users suggested upgrades then thats fine…………but in the same way it might also be the most important to every user.
Just an idea fr people to have a think about

Getting more feedback from our suppliers and customers is one of the primary goals of this new site. We may open a forum dedicated to requesting this kind of input, but in the meantime, you may post them here or, when appropriate, the new Beta Project forum.

I am a VERY new vendor and in fact still setting up my account. I am certainly not as knowledgable as many of these other vendors who ‘talk in riddles’…hehehehehe…but to me I think I have special needs for my cart…..to you it seems I dont count.
I have read many of the messages here and over again I read that the help desk do NOT answer the tickets fully.
Please go and have a look at my specific question ticket regarding my shopping cart which I believe was answered by Chase…maybe wrong but from memory I think it was him and read the answer.
I had 3 particular points in there……but the answer was…..you cannot do that!!!!!!
I already knew that answer and that was why I was asking those particular questions. As a newbie I hope I am NOT getting offside with 2co before I start…lol
I would have preferred to ‘wash the dirty laundry’ so to speak via emails but from what I see I keep getting returned to the ticketing system.
I also accept that the answers to my questions are most probably 1. NO 2. NO and 3. NO….but there is an old saying…if you dont ask you dont find out.
Perhaps you could look at it for me and even just send me an email about it when you have time.
Maybe one of the ‘experts’ on here may be able to help me if they have little to do. OOppps……sorry, I know you are all busy…lol

I’ve reviewed your ticket. Currently, we don’t offer the features you’ve requested. This doesn’t mean that these features might not be added in the future. Unfortunately, I can’t say if or when they would be implemented, but I can say that our developers take all these requests under consideration.
