There are three statuses that a card order goes through– approved, pending and deposited. Approved means that the money for the sale has not been taken from the customer’s account yet, but we have put a hold on the funds to ensure that after fraud review the money will still be there.
After the fraud review, the status will change to pending. Pending is when the customer’s bank is preparing for the money to be moved around. Orders will be in pending status for a relatively short amount of time.
When all the money has been transferred from the card issuer to us, the status changes to deposited. This is when it appears in your account.

Dear Seohp,
I have reviewed your account and I do not believe it would be appropriate to discuss your account details in this forum. Please open a support ticket and I will be happy to assist you with this issue. Please post the ticket number and I will personally respond to you.
I can discuss general information concerning the release of payment to our suppliers. There are several factors:
1. The $49 signup fee must be paid to be eligible for release of payment.
2. New accounts must be validated to confirm that the $49 signup fee was paid with the suppliers actual credit card account. If the $49 signup fee is paid via paypal, money order or check the supplier account does not require validation.
3. The verification process must be completed on new accounts before they are eligible for release of payment.
4. Payments are only released on Thursday.
5. Suppliers should chose the appropriate release level for their account.
6. As a general rule of thumb, orders must be placed by Sunday and funds must be transferred to 2Checkout.com from the customers credit card issuer by Tuesday in order to be eligible for release of payment on Thursday.
Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns.
Michael
