2Checkout is opening a new head office in London to better serve the Europe region.

A key part of accomplishing these goals is creating an international network of experts and support providers who can address the unique global needs of each market. This is why we have established a new head office in Europe to address the region requirement of our clients. This office will focus on delivering the best in industry support to 2Checkout’s existing and rapidly expanding European merchant base.

Ecommerce is accelerating across Europe, but with so many different languages, global currencies, and purchasing behaviors, tapping into the European market poses a significant challenge for most merchants. 2Checkout enables merchants to fly over these hurdles. Our hosted checkout supports 11 languages used in Europe, including French, German, Spanish, Greek, Italian, Danish, Dutch, Slovenia and Swedish.

2Checkout is committed to understanding how merchants across Europe prefer to do business and integrating that knowledge into our payments platform. This enables merchants to do business anywhere in the world and boost their revenue in a way that requires minimal effort and expertise.

The office in London will be the anchor for 2Checkout’s European operations. Quent Rickerby will serve as the company’s new General Manager for Europe and brings over 15 years of experience in the payments and technology industry in Europe. Having run a number of payments companies, Quent brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in operations, industry regulations as well as electronic and mobile commerce, to his position at 2Checkout. The office is actively hiring a strong team to provide the highest level of support and service in Europe, and beyond.
